Original One Pulse program architecture

Programs built around family, recovery, skills, work, and belonging.

The official One Pulse United site identifies Family Reunification, Personal Development, Workforce Development, Business Development Mentoring, Peer Recovery Support, and Clothing Drives as core program areas. Cincinnati preserves those ideas while separating regulated clinical services from community and coaching programs. The Cincinnati build also includes One Pulse 55+, an age-responsive program developed from the September 2026 working program book.

Family Reunification · Mixed lane

Rebuild the relationship, not merely the address.

The legacy program is described as a 6–12 month effort for families affected by addiction treatment or reentry after incarceration. Its four original elements are family counseling sessions, youth empowerment, family activities, and parenting classes.

01

Family counseling

Domain A: only when delivered by qualified clinical staff, with informed consent, assessment, treatment planning, and a clinical record.

02

Youth empowerment

Domain B: confidence, leadership, purpose, and positive community participation unless a separate clinical service is specifically authorized.

03

Family activities

Domain B: art, music, games, celebrations, and relationship-building experiences.

04

Parenting classes

Domain B: practical education and caregiver skill-building; not psychotherapy by implication.

Personal Development · Community lane

Skills that help people carry recovery into ordinary life.

01

Basic Social Skills

Everyday communication and interpersonal interaction.

02

Assertive & Conflict Management

Expressing needs clearly, setting boundaries, and managing disputes effectively.

03

Coping Skills

04

Vocational & Work Skills

Community-services boundary Cincinnati may use these topics in coaching, workshops, mentoring, or community education. When the same topic is delivered as psychotherapy, SUD treatment, CPST/TBS, or another clinical intervention, it moves into Domain A and must meet the clinical service standard.

Business Development Mentoring · Community lane

Ten sessions from idea to operating plan.

The official site describes an accelerated Business Building Program covering executive summary, company overview, market analysis, sales strategies, competitive analysis, financial planning, and project development through coaching, hands-on activity, and mentorship.

For Cincinnati, this should operate as a separately enrolled coaching/workforce program with its own curriculum, records, outcomes, funding, and disclaimers—not as behavioral-health treatment.

Peer Recovery Support · Clinical or community depending service

Lived experience turns “you should” into “I have been there.”

The original site emphasizes trust, understanding, encouragement, hope, and the demonstration that recovery is possible through shared experience. Cincinnati retains that spirit but applies Ohio-specific role, certification, supervision, treatment-plan, payer, and documentation rules whenever the service is delivered as regulated peer support.
