Nondiscrimination
One Pulse United and its clinical partners are expected to provide access without unlawful discrimination and to treat every person with dignity, respect, cultural humility, and transparency.
Our standard
Services, referrals, employment, partnership opportunities, and community programming may not be denied or restricted on an unlawful discriminatory basis. The specific nondiscrimination notice adopted for production must align with the legal entity, funding sources, payer contracts, civil-rights obligations, clinical partner responsibilities, and current law.
How to raise a concern
Contact One Pulse United through the administrative phone or email. A production grievance process, responsible rights officer, response timeline, appeal route, and external complaint information must be published before clinical services open.
