The site explains the designed Cincinnati program and provides administrative contact information. It does not create a clinician-patient relationship, guarantee eligibility, or promise service availability.
No guarantee of service
Eligibility, admission, level of care, schedule, location, modality, payer coverage, authorization, staffing, and service availability are determined through the current clinical and operational process. A program page does not guarantee acceptance or payment.
No emergency use
The website and ordinary email are not monitored continuously. Use 911 or 988 for urgent or emergency needs.

Content control
Public claims must have an owner, evidence source, approval date, review date, and removal pathway. The Current Services page governs service-status language throughout the site.
