Reach One Clinical Services and the youth clinical continuum
The intended relationship positions Reach One Clinical Services as the clinical provider for youth assessment, treatment planning, Day Treatment, IOP, OP, clinical supervision, records, authorization, billing, and quality—while One Pulse provides the Cincinnati public identity, family and community connection, partnership development, and separately governed programming.

Information, assessment, home- and community-based supports, caregiver resources, transportation, benefits, elder safety, and aging-network coordination.

Senior centers, libraries, churches, housing communities, meal sites, pharmacies, and home-health partners can reduce stigma and access barriers.

The virtual design retains separate entity, worker, and participant readiness decisions. An introduction or shared website does not transfer records, coverage, credentials, or clinical authority.
