Adult Outpatient
Flexible clinical care for direct entry, step-down, maintenance, and focused episodes of treatment.
Lower intensity still requires a clear clinical thread.
Every service should be traceable from assessment to meaning, problem, goal, objective, intervention, individualized response, evidence, and review or transition.
Assessment and planning
Clarify diagnosis, risk, functioning, strengths, preferences, cultural context, and the level of care that fits now.
Counseling and family work
Individual, group, couples, or family interventions when qualified, indicated, consented, and supported by the plan.
Practical continuity
Case management, peer support, medical coordination, and completed external referrals address the conditions surrounding treatment.
Possible population pathways
- Recovery and co-occurring care.
- Justice, reentry, and court-involved care without becoming a punitive monitoring program.
- Couples and family restoration with safety screening and qualified clinicians.
- Working adults and shift workers.
- Transition-age adults.
- Parents, fathers, mothers, and caregivers.
- One Pulse 55+ — older-adult outpatient and whole-person support.
- Spanish-language access and future bilingual services.
Let assessment determine the smallest effective level of care.
Outpatient may be the starting point, the step-down destination, or a focused lane within a larger recovery and family plan.
VIRTUAL PROGRAM · SEPARATE READINESS
An outpatient pathway is also being designed online.
