- Responsive layouts for phones, tablets, and desktops.
- A larger-text control without hiding content.
- Reduced-motion support.
- No auto-playing audio or video.
Program access
- Preferred language and communication method captured at first contact.
- Qualified interpreter access arranged when needed.
- Mobility, sensory, cognitive, and technology needs addressed in planning.
- Transportation and scheduling barriers considered.
- Information explained in plain language and checked through teach-back.
- Accommodation decisions documented with an owner and timeframe.
