Scope before service

What the lane is designed to do.

Written service packages for schools, athletics, employers, housing, churches, workforce programs, and community partners.

Acceptance requires material and condition review, ownership or customer authorization, scope confirmation, risk disclosure, pricing status, capacity, trained staff, safe products, and documented custody. A pair may be declined even when the customer hopes it can be saved.

May include

  • Defined batch size and cadence
  • Written intake and custody terms
  • Capacity and turnaround commitments
  • Pickup and delivery responsibilities
  • Renewal and quality review

Outside current scope

  • Unlimited volume
  • Unfunded verbal commitments
  • Clinical or Medicaid billing
  • Unapproved transport or storage

How acceptance works

IntakeBook the job or batch, identify the owner or lawful source, photograph the pair, document condition, and establish requested scope.
AssessConfirm material, exclusions, risks, estimated timing, price status, and authorization before work begins.
TraceAssign a unique identifier and maintain documented location and custody from receipt through return or disposition.
CareUse material-specific methods, approved products, required PPE, and competency-based task assignment.
Dry + QACompletely dry the item, complete independent quality review, and stop release when standards are not met.
HandoffComplete payment or agreement documentation, verify return or disposition, collect feedback, and reconcile the work order.

Quality release

Completion is not the same as release. The item must be fully dried, matched to the work order, inspected by an authorized reviewer, accurately represented, and reconciled for return or disposition.

No service page guarantees stain removal, odor elimination, sanitation, restoration to original condition, structural repair, or a fixed turnaround before the pilot evidence is complete.
