Data separation
Shine & Revive records may include customer-property, work-order, payment, workforce, competency, peer-governance, donor, and charitable-program information. Clinical records and PHI do not belong in the retail/POS or public-interest system.
Public form
The contact form is limited to nonclinical administrative inquiries. Submissions are stored in protected server files for follow-up. Hosting, access, retention, backup, and deletion controls must be confirmed before production release.
Story protection
No participant, employee, peer, donor, or customer should be pressured to disclose recovery, treatment, trauma, housing, justice, or family history for marketing, employment, benefits, partnership, or access.
