Is Shine & Revive accepting public orders?
Not yet. The site describes the controlled operating model. Public orders begin only after site, insurance, tax, employment, safety, pricing, custody, customer-support, and quality systems are approved.
Is Shine & Revive hiring?
Not yet. The STEP pathway is designed, but hiring begins only after lawful employment structure, payroll, wage funding, supervision, training, and operating capacity are approved.
Are workers paid?
The model requires lawful pay for required training and productive work. Observation or general orientation cannot be used as a disguise for unpaid commercial labor.
Can I donate shoes now?
Not through this site yet. Shoe collection opens only after legal ownership-transfer, storage, grading, tax, restricted-fund, safety, and disposition controls are active.
Is this a clinical treatment program?
No. Shine & Revive is a nonclinical footwear-care and workforce enterprise. It does not diagnose, provide therapy, determine level of care, or bill footwear work as behavioral-health treatment.
Is Shine & Revive CARF accredited?
No separate CARF accreditation is claimed. Reach One Clinical Services is the accredited clinical organization; this enterprise remains a distinct nonclinical lane.
Will every pair be accepted or restored?
No. Each pair is assessed against material, condition, safety, ownership, scope, and competency rules. Items outside approved scope are declined, returned, quarantined, referred, or responsibly disposed of.
How will pricing be set?
Permanent pricing follows a 50-pair time-and-cost study, actual supply use, labor, quality, rework, risk, capacity, and market validation.
Can schools, teams, employers, or community organizations partner?
Yes. Partnership conversations are open. Any operating commitment requires a written scope, capacity, funding or payment, custody, safety, delivery, and renewal agreement.
What does peer-run mean?
The claim requires substantive lived-experience authority, a majority-lived-experience governance structure where designated, decision rights, budget influence, accountability, and succession—not decorative titles.
Are the storefront and worker photographs current operations?
No. The site clearly labels generated images as concept visualizations. They illustrate the intended environment and workflow; they are not proof that a location, team, or public service is currently active.
