Transcript & Certificate Verification

Verification should answer exactly what the record means—and what it does not.

The verification service checks controlled Reach One internal training records by record ID. It can confirm the title, issue date, and status stored in the registry without converting the record into a state license, certification, academic transcript, CE approval, payer credential, or employment authorization.

Verification request

Enter identifiers only. Do not upload confidential records.

A “not found” response means only that the supplied ID is not present in this Reach One internal registry. It does not verify or disprove any external credential or academic record.

The public response is intentionally limited to the record label, issue date, and status.

Meaning of a verified record

Precise language protects everyone.

What it may show

A Reach One-controlled course or pathway label, issue date, internal record ID, status, and any explicitly approved course-specific authority statement.

What it does not show

State licensure, state certification, university credit, fieldwork acceptance, board-approved CE, payer enrollment, employment, scope, or current competence unless separately verified by the proper authority.

Corrections and revocation

Controlled procedures must preserve the original record, document the reason, identify the approving authority, change public status when required, and retain an audit trail.
