Completion demonstrates Reach One-defined education, training completion, competency development, or evidence of readiness. It does not independently confer licensure, certification, academic credit, board-approved continuing education, payer eligibility, employment, clinical placement, provider credentialing, ownership, revenue, or authority to practice or bill outside the participant’s lawful scope and organizational authorization.
Where an offering has course-specific CE approval, university acceptance, state approval, or another external authorization, the exact approval number, issuing body, eligible audience, hours, dates, and limitations must be shown on that offering—not implied across the website.

Correct language that could imply accreditation, licensure, employment, placement, clinical authority, or guaranteed outcomes.

General inquiries and interest records only. No PHI, client records, diagnoses, crisis details, supervision case notes, or protected student records.
Learner / workforce systems
Training, competency, attendance, supervision, credential, and employment records are separated by authority, purpose, access, and retention.
Clinical systems
Client services, EHRs, billing, clinical records, releases, emergencies, and treatment decisions remain in the authorized provider’s protected systems.
