Accessible formats, reasonable accommodation process, interactive review and no unnecessary diagnostic disclosure.
Cancellation, transfer and refunds
Offering-specific terms posted before payment, including Institute cancellation and cohort postponement.
Complaints and appeals
Clear route, independent review where appropriate, no retaliation, response timeline and external-authority escalation.
Records
Different records have different owners.
Learning, supervision, university, clinical, personnel, credential, customer and financial records remain separate. Access to one does not create authority over the others.
