No. The Institute is an education and workforce-development division. Clinical services are delivered only by an authorized provider of record under its own authority, records, policies and payer arrangements.
Does completing a course give me a license or certification?
No. Completion demonstrates Reach One-defined education, training completion, competency development, or evidence of readiness. It does not independently confer licensure, certification, academic credit, board-approved continuing education, payer eligibility, employment, clinical placement, provider credentialing, ownership, revenue, or authority to practice or bill outside the participant’s lawful scope and organizational authorization.
Is Training & Workforce Development Director the Workforce Development Dean?
That is the current working leadership designation for this staging build. The production site should display the role only after appointment and credential evidence are verified.
Does the Institute guarantee a job or placement?
No. The Institute may provide assessment, skill development, employer connection, application support, placement coordination and retention support. Employers, universities, boards, payers and participants make their own decisions.
What is the Practice Incubator?
A planning concept for helping qualified professionals prepare for responsibly governed practice development. It is not an active ownership, compensation, client, billing, investment or revenue offer.
What does peer workforce development mean?
It means preserving lived-experience identity while building ethics, boundaries, recovery-capital practice, documentation, escalation, supervision and employment readiness. It does not turn peers into inexpensive therapists.
Can an agency contract for training?
Yes, after discovery and a written scope. Agency services may include onboarding, documentation, supervision development, competency systems, mock audits, remediation and launch readiness.
Can I submit clinical information through this website?
No. The public site is not an EHR or clinical intake system. Do not submit PHI, client records, diagnoses, treatment information or urgent safety concerns.
