The Practice Builder Pathway
A pathway—not a timeline promise.
- 01
Practice vision
Clinical identity, scope, population, niche hypothesis, career plan, financial readiness and ethical limits.
- 02
Hosted residency
Supervised clinical development through an eligible structure; documentation, outcomes, payer literacy and consultation.
- 03
Practice design
Entity, insurance, EHR, privacy, informed consent, policies, emergency coverage, finance, credentialing and referral strategy.
- 04
Founder fellowship
Controlled launch, limited caseload, monthly quality and financial review, consultation and deliberate scale decision.
Curriculum
The business of practice remains accountable to the practice of care.
Clinical identity and niche
Population, service, modality, competence, exclusions, consultation and truthful specialty claims.
Operations and privacy
Intake, scheduling, EHR, forms, records, telehealth, security, emergencies, professional will and continuity.
Finance and revenue cycle
Startup cost, pricing, payer mix, cash flow, taxes, reserves, claims, denials, patient balances and owner compensation.
Ethical marketing
Website, directories, referral relationships, content, testimonials, outcomes, informed choice and no inducement.
Quality and risk
Outcome measures, client feedback, complaints, incidents, chart audits, malpractice, cybersecurity and improvement.
Founder development
Confidence, money, boundaries, visibility, leadership, isolation, consultation, burnout and decision discipline.
Enterprise integrity
The school cannot quietly tax the future it helps create.
Supervision evaluations, graduation or licensure recommendations may not depend on buying affiliate billing, credentialing, EHR, office, consulting or marketing services, granting equity, or sending referrals. Any later shared-service or equity agreement requires separate voluntary review.
