Peer practice residency
Apply ethics, boundaries, recovery coaching, group/outreach, documentation, community navigation and team communication.

Qualified supervision
Use trained peer supervisors, reflective practice, escalation, wellness planning and role-drift review.

Placement and retention
Match to a lawful role and support the first 90 days of practice.

Mutual aid with professional discipline.
Use of lived experience
Purposeful disclosure, consent, relevance, mutuality, avoiding performance of trauma, and protecting the peer relationship.
Boundaries & role clarity
Peer support versus therapy, case management, sponsorship, friendship, transportation, money, housing, and crisis roles.
Recovery capital
Connection, routine, identity, community, practical resources, wellness, meaning, and self-directed recovery.
Advocacy & systems navigation
Warm handoffs, benefits, housing, employment, healthcare, justice systems, documentation, and follow-through.
Ethics & confidentiality
Peer ethics, privacy, consent, documentation truth, conflicts, mandated responsibilities, and consultation.
Wellness & supervision
Personal wellness, activation, burnout, reflective supervision, repair, and when to step back.
Claims boundary
State certification remains external.
