Operating & Community Partnerships

Partnership should be specific enough to invoice, audit, and end responsibly.

Reach One coordinates with provider organizations, peer systems, universities, employers, supervisors, workforce partners, and specialized affiliates through written scope, capacity, pricing, data, insurance, evidence, referral neutrality, and termination terms.

Partnership lanes

Each partner retains its own authority.

Clinical host

Authorized provider sites

Potential training clinics, internship sites, observation environments, practice laboratories, quality partners, and supervisor-development sites. Each site remains responsible for its own service authority, records, billing, safety, and insurance.

Academic authority

Universities and field programs

Program faculty retain academic requirements, placement approval, grading, fieldwork acceptance, accreditation authority, and student due process.

Credential authority

Boards and state systems

Licensing boards and certification bodies—not Reach One—determine eligibility, education acceptance, examinations, certification, renewal, and lawful scope.

Workforce demand

Employers

Employers define lawful roles, wages, job requirements, supervision, credentialing, onboarding, accommodations, safety, and retention responsibilities.

Belonging and navigation

Peer and community organizations

Recovery capital, community connection, voluntary career exploration, outreach, navigation, reengagement, and reciprocal support—not unpaid labor pools.

Specialized capacity

Affiliates and vendors

Technology, revenue-cycle, finance, legal, curriculum, evaluation, transportation, and specialized services under separate fair-market agreements, security review, and commercial firewalls.

A logo does not substitute for capacity.

  1. 01

    Authority

Confirm legal name, authorized signer, licenses, certifications, approvals, sites, and exact public claims.

  2. 02

    Scope

Define services, populations, learner roles, supervision, exclusions, staffing, deliverables, and timelines.

  3. 03

    Protection

Insurance, background requirements, privacy, data access, security, incidents, complaints, emergency response, and nonretaliation.

  4. 04

    Economics

Price, in-kind contributions, invoicing, refunds, conflicts, referral neutrality, commercial firewalls, and ownership of work product.

  5. 05

    Evidence

Attendance, competency, supervision, fieldwork, outcomes, audit rights, reporting, corrections, and record custody.

  6. 06

    Exit

Term, termination, learner transition, client protection, data return, public-claim removal, and continuity responsibilities.

Referral-neutrality standard: treatment, housing, supervision recommendations, employment, placement, or community access may not be used as leverage to force a learner or client to purchase an affiliate service or accept a commercial referral.

Make the next step a clear one

A skill to build. A team to strengthen.
A place to begin.
