How to choose (plain-language routing)
- Youth stability/coordination: start with E1; step to E3 if higher structure is required.
- Youth therapy needs: E5; step-up to E3 when after-school risk or intensity requires it.
- Adult stabilization + follow-through: E2; step-up to E4 when relapse risk and dosage needs rise.
- Adult therapy maintenance: E6; step-up to E4 if relapse risk increases.
Closed-loop posture
A referral is not “complete” until the outcome is verified and documented (scheduled, connected, waitlisted, denied, redirected) with the next action defined.
ROI posture: We do not coordinate with partners without appropriate authorization, except where required by law.
